Basketball Recap: Superior Snags Fourth Victory in Last Five Games

Superior won the last time they faced Duluth East and things went their way on Saturday too. The Superior Spartans walked away with a 39-28 victory over the Duluth East Greyhounds. The 39-point effort marked the Spartans' lowest-scoring matchup of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Superior is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 4-3 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.6 points per game. As for Duluth East, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-6.
