Soccer Game Preview: Shawano Community vs. Sheboygan Falls

The Shawano Community Hawks will face off against the Sheboygan Falls Falcons on Thursday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Shawano Community came up short against Marinette on Thursday, falling 8-2.

Meanwhile, Sheboygan Falls unfortunately witnessed the end of their five-game winning streak on Thursday. They lost 6-3 to Cedar Grove-Belgium. While losing is never fun, Sheboygan Falls can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin soccer rankings (they are ranked 50th, while Cedar Grove-Belgium are ranked eighth).

Sheboygan Falls' loss dropped their record down to 10-2-3. As for Shawano Community, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-9-2.

Shawano Community might still be hurting after the 5-0 loss they got from Sheboygan Falls in their previous meeting back in May of 2018. Can the Hawks avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
