Recap: Bethel Bison vs. Curtis Vikings
The Bethel Bison's's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Thursday after their third straight loss. They had to suffer through a rough 96-54 loss at the hands of Curtis. Bethel has not had much luck with Curtis recently, as the team's come up short the last six times they've met.
Bethel's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Reginald Carr, who scored 16 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Malik Sidbe, who scored 12 points.
Bethel's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Curtis, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0.
Bethel will be playing at home against South Kitsap at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Curtis, they will head out on the road to face off against Bellarmine Prep at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday.
