Service has gone 8-1-1 against West Anchorage recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Cougars are taking a road trip to face off against the Eagles at 5:30 p.m. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, these teams will really light up the scoreboard.

Service is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Alaska's top teams: Eagle River, who was ranked 19th at the time (Service was ranked sixth). The Cougars never let Wolves get on the board and left with a 6-0 win on Saturday. Give Service's defense some credit: that's the team's third straight shutout.

Meanwhile, West Anchorage made easy work of Bartlett on Saturday and carried off a 4-1 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for West Anchorage.

They hit Bartlett with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Emery Bryan, Addyson Worthington, Ruby Kross, and Zuma Thoms.

Service's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-3-2. Those home victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those three games. As for West Anchorage, the win got them back to even at 6-6-2.

Everything went Service's way against West Anchorage when the teams last played back in April, as Service made off with a 4-1 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Cougars since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
