Baseball Recap: DeLaSalle Takes a Loss

DeLaSalle lost against St. Anthony Village back in April, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Islanders came up short against the Huskies, falling 8-2.

DeLaSalle saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Charles Crane, who went 1-for-4 with two RBI.

DeLaSalle has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last eight matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-9 record this season. As for St. Anthony Village, the win keeps they at an undefeated 13-0.

While DeLaSalle had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
