Soccer Recap: Overton Comes Up Short

Overton's game on Tuesday was all tied up 0-0 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell just short of the Centennial Cougars by a score of 1-0. Overton were not able to make up for their loss to Centennial from their previous meeting back in April of 2015.

Overton now has a losing record of 1-2-1. As for Centennial, the victory got them back to even at 2-2-1.

Coming up, Overton will be playing in front of their home fans against Martin Luther King Jr. Magnet at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Centennial, they will challenge Independence at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. This will be Centennial's first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
