Choctaw has gone a perfect 3-0 against Putnam City West recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Yellowjackets will look to defend their home pitch against the Patriots at 6:00 p.m. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Choctaw fell victim to Norman North and their airtight defense on Thursday. They came up short against the Timberwolves, falling 10-0. While losing is never fun, Choctaw can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Oklahoma soccer rankings (they are ranked 76th, while Norman North are ranked second).

Meanwhile, Putnam City West was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 10-0 to Norman.

Choctaw has been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-8 record this season. As for Putnam City West, their loss dropped their record down to 1-10.
