Brooks lost against Addison back in September of 2021, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Lions fell just short of the Bulldogs by a score of 2-1. The Lions' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Brooks' loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Ashlyn Richardson, who had ten assists and six digs, and Makenzie Fuqua, who had six digs.

Brooks' defeat dropped their record down to 6-3. As for Addison, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-2 record this season.
