It was a good run, but Westside unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Tuesday. They fell 53-41 to the Heights Bulldogs. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wolves this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 56-40 back in January.

Heights got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Eric (Ej) Beard Jr out in front who went 8 for 14 en route to 22 points and six boards. Another player making a difference was Micah Malone, who posted 11 points and five assists.

Westside's loss ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 19-5. As for Heights, they pushed their record up to 19-12 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home.

Westside will challenge Lamar at 11:15 p.m. on Saturday. As for Heights, they will host Wisdom at 1:45 p.m. on Saturday. Heights is facing Wisdom at the right time seeing as Wisdom is stuck on a nine-game losing streak.
