Basketball Recap: Independence Piles Up the Points Against David Anderson

There's no place like home for Independence, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat David Anderson 70-43.

Independence has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-8 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 68.8 points over those games. David Anderson's loss dropped their record down to 13-10.

Coming up, Independence will be playing at home against East Canton at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Independence knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past five contests -- so hopefully East Canton likes a good challenge. David Anderson does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
