They were the clear victors by a 49-23 margin over the Augusta Prep Cavaliers. The Panthers haven't had any issues with the Cavaliers recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

The win got Glascock County back to even at 1-1. As for Augusta Prep, they are on a seven-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.
