Baseball Recap: Handley Takes a Loss

Handley lost to Sherando back in March and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Judges lost 16-1 to the Warriors. The Judges have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Handley saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Nehemiah Ryan, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one RBI.

Handley's defeat dropped their record down to 4-12. As for Sherando, they pushed their record up to 12-6 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home.

Coming up, Handley will face off against Skyline at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Sherando, they will head out on the road to face off against Warren County at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Warriors' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Wildcats have averaged an impressive 6.9 runs per game this season.
