Softball Recap: Tidehaven Tigers vs. Rice Consolidated Raiders
While Tidehaven put up plenty of runs on Friday, the same can't be said for Rice Consolidated. The Tigers put the hurt on the Raiders with a sharp 15-0 win. The victory continues a trend for the Tigers in their matchups with the Raiders: they've now won nine in a row.
Lacie Perez made a splash no matter where she played. On the mound, she tossed three innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up a single walk in three consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with one double and one RBI.
