Deacon Bernadt and Co. Win Sixth in a Row
Deacon Bernadt's big game helped extend Johnson-Brock's winning streak to six on Friday. Nobody could stop Bernadt as he rushed for 127 yards and two touchdowns on only eight carries, and also threw for 49 yards and a touchdown. He also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, forcing a fumble, making two total tackles, and defending a pass in addition to snagging an interception.

Braxton Bridger was instrumental in extending Johnson-Brock's winning streak to six on Friday. Bridger was unstoppable, rushing for 162 yards and three touchdowns on only eight carries. His longest rush was for an impressive 69 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.

Thanks in part to True Jurgens, Freeman said goodbye to their 11-game losing streak dating back to last season. That's the most rushing yards Jurgens has posted since back in September of 2023.
