Soccer Game Preview: North Schuylkill vs. Pine Grove + How To Watch

North Schuylkill is 0-10 against Pine Grove since September of 2018 but things could change on Wednesday. The Spartans are taking a road trip to challenge the Cardinals at 4:15 p.m.

North Schuylkill is likely headed into the matchup with a focus on the second half, which is when things went downhill against Minersville on Saturday. The Spartans fell just short of the Battlin' Miners by a score of 3-2.

Meanwhile, Pine Grove entered their tilt with Tamaqua on Monday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They blew past the Blue Raiders 4-0. Pine Grove's defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last three matches.

Pine Grove's win bumped their record up to 12-3. As for North Schuylkill, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-9.

North Schuylkill came up short against Pine Grove when the teams last played on September 9th, falling 4-2. Can the Spartans avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
