Sir Stokes Crosses Big Stat Threshold
Yuma Catholic was led to victory by Sir Stokes, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Stokes picked up 269 receiving yards and three touchdowns. He's now once again averaging 100+ receiving yards (108.4) per game.
Yuma Catholic pushed their record up to 5-1 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. Stokes and Yuma Catholic will head out to face off against Thunderbird at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Elijah Little Goes Supernova in Thunderbird Win
Elijah Little was instrumental in extending Thunderbird's winning streak to six on Friday. Little was dynamite, rushing for 122 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 7.6 yards per carry. His rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his eighth straight game with at least 107 rushing yards dating back to last season.
Lake Havasu's probably not too fond of Little given he always seems to get the better of them. Back in September of 2023 (the last time Little saw the Knights), he rushed for 130 yards and a touchdown on only 13 carries.

Nathan Johannes Turns in Season-Best Performance
Northwest Christian was led to victory by Nathan Johannes, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Johannes picked up 120 receiving yards and a touchdown, and also rushed for 114 yards and a touchdown while picking up 7.1 yards per carry. He torched the secondary when he pulled down a catch that went for 94 yards.
The win was the third in a row for Northwest Christian, bringing their record for this year to 5-1. They and Lake Havasu are set to duel on Friday.

Laki Wallwork Delivers Best Effort of Season
Northwest Christian was led to victory by Laki Wallwork, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Wallwork threw for 313 yards and four touchdowns while completing 79.3% of his passes, and also rushed for 30 yards.
