Baseball Recap: Henry Ford Academy: School for Creative Studies Falls to Highland Park in First Game of Season

Henry Ford Academy: School for Creative Studies unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They lost 18-0 to the Highland Park Polar Bears on Thursday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Mustangs of the 6-1 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in May of 2024.

The victory keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Henry Ford Academy: School for Creative Studies will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Cody at 4:30 p.m. on April 4th. As for Highland Park, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 6-2 win against PEC Prep on the 8th.
