Washington County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss. They came up short against the Harlan County Black Bears, falling 21-12. On the bright side, the 12- run performance marked the Commanders' highest-scoring game to date.

Washington County's defeat dropped their record down to 0-11. As for Harlan County, they now have a winning record of 6-5.

Looking ahead, Washington County will head out to square off against Harrison County at 3:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Harlan County, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Madison Southern at 1:00 p.m. on Monday. The Eagles will aim to continue their four-game streak of scoring more runs each contest than the last.
