Baseball Recap: Flanagan Falcons vs. St. Thomas Aquinas Raiders
Flanagan won the last time they faced St. Thomas Aquinas and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Flanagan Falcons won by a run and slipped past the St. Thomas Aquinas Raiders 5-4. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Falcons.
Brandon Padro looked comfortable as he struck out six batters over 3.1 innings while giving up just two earned runs off two hits (and only one walk).
At the plate, Daniel Chavez was excellent, going 1-for-2 with one triple, one stolen base, and two RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Miguel Colmenares, who went 1-for-4 with one home run.
