Baseball Recap: Westwood Comes Up Short

Westwood lost against Airport back in April of 2018, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Redhawks came up short against the Eagles, falling 15-3. The Redhawks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Westwood's loss dropped their record down to 9-7. As for Airport, they pushed their record up to 13-3 with the win, which was their seventh straight on the road.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Westwood will take on Lugoff-Elgin at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Airport, they will venture away from home to take on Gray Collegiate Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
