Basketball Recap: Marcellus Comes Up Short on the Road Against Hartford

Marcellus had to start their season on the road on Friday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They came up short against the Hartford Huskies, falling 59-38. The Wildcats have struggled against the Huskies recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Marcellus' defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Javonne Robinson, who posted ten points and five boards. Another player making a difference was Matt Jansen, who had six points along with six rebounds and three blocks.

The win got Hartford back to even at 1-1.
