Kennett's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Pembroke Spartans 35-0. That's more bragging rights for the Eagles, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Kennett's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Pembroke, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Kennett will challenge rival Merrimack Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Pembroke is set to take on their familiar foe Trinity at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
