Recap: Clyde-Savannah Golden Eagles vs. R Red Jacket
The Clyde-Savannah Golden Eagles lost against the R Red Jacket back in December of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. Clyde-Savannah took a 60-49 hit to the loss column at the hands of R.
R's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was L Trick, who scored 13 points along with three steals. Those 13 points set a new season-high mark for him. Another player making a difference was H Finnick, who scored 13 points.
Clyde-Savannah's loss was their third straight on the road, which bumped their record down to 2-7. As for R, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-4.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Clyde-Savannah will take on North Rose-Wolcott at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. R and Gananda Central will face off at 6:30 p.m. on January 3, 2024 without much rest after finishing up games yesterday.
