Center entered their tilt with Trinidad on Friday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. They walked away with a 44-31 victory over the Trinidad Miners. That's more bragging rights for the Vikings, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Several Miners players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Isaiah Moreno, who posted eight points. Another player making a difference was Nathan Sandoval, who had seven points.

Center has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 8-3 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 50.5 points per game. As for Trinidad, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-6.

Center didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 42-32 loss against Fowler on the 18th. As for Trinidad, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 75-36 win against Dolores Huerta Prep on the 24th.
