Softball Recap: Haltom Comes Up Short

Haltom fell victim to South Grand Prairie and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They took a 4-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Warriors. The Buffalos haven't had much luck with the Warriors recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

Haltom's loss dropped their record down to 7-15. As for South Grand Prairie, they are on a roll lately: they've won 14 of their last 15 contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 17-8-1 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Haltom will welcome Sam Houston at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for South Grand Prairie, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Richardson at 7:00 p.m. on the 24th.
