After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Boron, Mammoth was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They walked away with a 6-1 victory over the Lone Pine Golden Eagles. The win was some much needed relief for the Huskies as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Brennan Deaver spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered a run (which was unearned) on one hit and racked up nine Ks.
