Volleyball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Natalie Gill and Anna Wagner Lead Navarre to Victory

Navarre won the last time they faced Milton and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Raiders walked away with a 3-1 win over the Panthers.

While Navarre might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Milton scored at least 19 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-19, 23-25, 25-21.

Navarre was led to victory by Anna Wagner and Natalie Gill. Wagner had seven digs and five aces, while Gill had eight digs and two aces. Those five aces gave Wagner a new career-high.

Navarre's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Milton, they are on a seven-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Coming up, Navarre will be playing in front of their home fans against Pace at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Milton, they will take on Escambia at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
