It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Circle can now relate to. They fell 2-0 to the Buhler Crusaders on Saturday. The Thunderbirds' defeat signaled the end of their ten-game winning streak.

Several Thunderbirds players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Cate Rogers, who had 20 assists and six digs. Rogers has been hot, having posted 15 or more assists the last six times she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Brianna Paul, who had eight digs and two aces.

Circle's loss dropped their record down to 25-11. As for Buhler, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 14-22 record this season.

Circle does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Buhler, they have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Mulvane on the 25th.
