Volleyball Recap: Circle's Winning Streak Snapped at Ten Games

Circle and Buhler squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Circle had to settle for second. They fell 2-0 to the Crusaders. The Thunderbirds' defeat signaled the end of their ten-game winning streak.

Gracie Tucker paced Circle's offense, picking up ten kills. Tucker got some help from Cate Rogers and her 20 assists. Brianna Paul and Avery Wartick kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with two aces apiece.

Circle's loss dropped their record down to 25-11. As for Buhler, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-22 record this season.

Circle does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Buhler, they have already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Mulvane on the 25th.
