Volleyball Recap: Reading Memorial Finds Playoff Glory Versus Amherst-Pelham Regional

With a playoff win on the line, Reading Memorial rose to the challenge on Saturday. They blew past the Amherst-Pelham Regional Hurricanes 3-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Rockets.

While Reading Memorial won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the first set they played. The final score came out to 25-23, 25-19, 25-19.

Victoria Reposa paced Reading Memorial's offense, picking up 14 kills. Reposa got some help from Gianna Miceli and her 17 assists.

Reading Memorial's win bumped their record up to 15-6. As for Amherst-Pelham Regional, their loss dropped their record down to 14-7.

Coming up, Reading Memorial will take on Minnechaug Regional in a tournament on Tuesday. Amherst-Pelham Regional does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
