Baseball Recap: Seminole Takes a Loss

Seminole and Countryside squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Seminole had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Cougars by a score of 3-2. The defeat continues a trend for the Warhawks in their meetings with the Cougars: they've now lost three in a row.

Seminole saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Shane Stalbird, who went 1-for-2 with one run.

Seminole's loss dropped their record down to 21-8. As for Countryside, their victory was their seventh straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 20-8.

As of now, neither Seminole nor the Cougars have any future games scheduled.
