After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Non Varsity Tournament Opponent, the Alpha Omega Academy Lions were happy to have found some success on Friday. They skirted past Round Top-Carmine 56-54.

Alpha Omega Academy's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Maddie Wallace, who scored 22 points along with 5 rebounds. That makes it four consecutive games in which Wallace has scored at least 25% of Alpha Omega Academy's points. Another player making a difference was Savannah Valles, who scored 18 points along with 4 blocks.

Alpha Omega Academy has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 4-2 record this season. As for Round Top-Carmine, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-1.

Alpha Omega Academy is on the road again on Saturday and play against North Zulch at 10:00 a.m. on December 2nd. As for Round Top-Carmine, they will challenge Buckholts at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
