Silver Creek is a perfect 6-0 against Yerba Buena since March of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Silver Creek Raiders will head out to square off against the Yerba Buena Aztec Warriors at 3:30 p.m. Silver Creek will be strutting in after a victory while Yerba Buena will be coming in after a loss.

Silver Creek is headed out to face Yerba Buena after opening their season at home and giving their fans just what they were looking for. Silver Creek had just enough and edged out Mt. Pleasant 12-11 last Tuesday. The win was some much needed relief for the Raiders as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak dating back to last season.

Noah Medina was excellent, scoring two runs while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances. The team also got some help courtesy of Nicholas Prum, who scored two runs and stole a base while getting on base in two of his three plate appearances.

Silver Creek always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .625. The last time their OBP was this high was back in February of 2024.

Meanwhile, Yerba Buena fell victim to Lincoln and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They came up short against the Lions, falling 10-0. The Aztec Warriors have struggled against the Lions recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive lost matchup.

Everything went Silver Creek's way against Yerba Buena when the teams last played back in March of 2024, as Silver Creek made off with a 14-1 victory. Will Silver Creek repeat their success, or does Yerba Buena have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
