Dundee/Bradford Central had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 12 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Wednesday. They never let the Naples Big Green Machines get on the board and left with a 5-0 win. That's more bragging rights for the BraveScots, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Morgan Sutryk made a splash while hitting and pitching. She didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out 11 over five innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than one walk in five consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going 1-for-2 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Korrin Yeoman, who went 2-for-3 with two runs and one RBI. Another player making a difference was Piper Simpson, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one stolen base and one run.

Dundee/Bradford Central hit smart and finished the game with only one strikeout. The team has now struck out at least five batters in three consecutive games.

Dundee/Bradford Central's victory bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Naples, the defeat snapped their winning streak at six games and leaves them with a 6-3 record.

Looking ahead, Dundee/Bradford Central will be playing in front of their home fans against Penn Yan Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Naples, they will take on Bradford Central at 6:35 p.m. on Wednesday.
