After low-scoring totals in their previous five matchup, Romulus brought some dynamite into their most recent contest. They put the hurt on the Eastpointe Shamrocks with a sharp 15-1 win on Monday. The high-scoring performance was a welcome turnaround for Romulus' offense, which had struggled in the games prior.

Romulus' first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-9.

Looking ahead, Romulus will look to defend their home pitch on Tuesday against Summit Academy at 4:00 p.m. Romulus are facing Summit Academy at the right time seeing as Summit Academy are stuck on a six-game losing streak. Eastpointe does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
