Volleyball Recap: Pocono Mountain East Takes a Loss

Pocono Mountain East was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Emmaus Hornets. The Cardinals were not able to make up for their defeat to the Hornets from their previous meeting back in March of 2024.

While Pocono Mountain East was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Emmaus' winning margin in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-20, 25-23.

Pocono Mountain East's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Emmaus, the win keeps they at an undefeated 4-0.

Coming up, Pocono Mountain East will challenge North Pocono at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Emmaus, they will square off against William Allen at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
