Football Recap: Centennial Piles Up the Points Against Sam Houston + How To Watch

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Burleson, Centennial was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They blew past the Sam Houston Texans 37-0. Given the Spartans' advantage in MaxPreps' Texas football rankings (they are ranked 191st, while the Texans are ranked 761st) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.

The victory got Centennial back to even at 1-1. As for Sam Houston, their defeat dropped their record down to an identical 1-1.

Coming up, Centennial is packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game of the season: they will square off against Ennis at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Sam Houston, they will take on MacArthur at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
