Basketball Recap: Edison Takes a Loss

Edison was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 19th straight loss. They lost 56-34 to the Pryor Tigers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Tigers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 61-25 back in January.

Edison's defeat dropped their record down to 3-22. As for Pryor, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine contests, which provided a nice bump to their 14-5 record this season.

Coming up, Edison is taking a road trip to square off against Tahlequah at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Edison is facing Tahlequah at the right time seeing as Tahlequah is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Pryor, they will be playing at home against McAlester at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
