Volleyball Recap: Seven Straight Home Victories for Crescenta Valley

Crescenta Valley's game on Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They blew past the Polytechnic Panthers 3-0.

While Crescenta Valley won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-21, 25-22.

Crescenta Valley pushed their record up to 1-1 with the win, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season. As for Polytechnic, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 4-2.
