Recap: Berthold/North Shore Bombers vs. Harvey Hornets
The Berthold/North Shore Bombers couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They fell to Harvey 53-49.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Harvey to victory, but perhaps none more so than Rachel Neumiller, who scored 29 points along with six rebounds and six steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Neumiller has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Braylee Keller, who scored 13 points along with nine rebounds and seven steals.
Berthold/North Shore's defeat dropped their record down to 0-1. As for Harvey, their win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-11-1.
Berthold/North Shore does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Harvey will be playing at home against Kidder County co-op [Steele/Tappen/Wing/Napoleon] at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
