Basketball Recap: Howard's Loss Ends Three-Game Winning Streak on the Road

Howard was the 50-47 winner over Wayne Preparatory Academy when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The Howard Eagles received a blow on Wednesday as they fell 78-61 to the Wayne Preparatory Academy Generals. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Howard's defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 11-7. As for Wayne Preparatory Academy, their win was their ninth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 18-9.

Howard does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Wayne Preparatory Academy has already played their next matchup (against New Life Christian Academy), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
