Butler is a perfect 10-0 against Garinger since April of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Bulldogs will welcome the Wildcats at 6:00 p.m. Butler is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.7 goals per game this season.

On Friday, Butler needed a bit of extra time to put away Independence. They came out on top against the Patriots by a score of 3-1. Given Butler's advantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina soccer rankings (they are ranked 124th, while Independence are ranked 258th) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Butler hit Independence with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Tessa Repp, Macie Brabson, and Keylin Rodriguez.

Meanwhile, Garinger kept a clean sheet against Rocky River on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Ravens with a sharp 9-0 victory. Garinger might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight contests by three goals or more this season.

Garinger's win bumped their record up to 9-10-1. As for Butler, their victory bumped their record up to 11-6-2.

Everything went Butler's way against Garinger in their previous matchup back in March, as Butler made off with a 6-1 win. Will the Bulldogs repeat their success, or do the Wildcats have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
