Volleyball Recap: Central Catholic Comes Up Short

Central Catholic was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 22nd straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bakersfield Christian Eagles.

Central Catholic's loss dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Bakersfield Christian, the win was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-11.

Coincidentally, Central Catholic and Bakersfield Christian will both be playing Sanger West the next time they take the court. Central Catholic will head out to face Sanger West at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, while Bakersfield Christian will play them later in the day, at 10:00 a.m.
