Baseball Recap: Central Takes a Loss

Central lost to Torres back in March and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Grizzlies fell just short of the Toros by a score of 3-2.

Killian Crask was cooking despite his team's loss, going 2-for-4 with one stolen base, one run, and one double.

Central has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost 11 of their last 12 games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-12 record this season. As for Torres, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 10-14.

Torres wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 3-1 loss against Fowler on the 30th. Hopefully Central paid attention to the Toros' contest: the next time they hit the field , they'll take on the Toros at 3:30 p.m. on Friday.
