Softball Recap: Hampton Bays Baymen vs. Kings Park Kingsmen
Hampton Bays came into this matchup off a tough 12-run defeat on Monday. This time they kept things ultra-competitive, but unfortunately the final result was the same. They fell just short of the Kings Park Kingsmen by a score of 5-3 on Tuesday. The Baymen haven't had much luck with the Kingsmen recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Emma Grunewald was huge while hitting and pitching even without the win. She pitched six innings while giving up just one earned (and four unearned) runs off six hits. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going 1-for-4 with two RBI and one double.
