Basketball Recap: Oglethorpe County Takes a Loss

Oglethorpe County was the 53-42 winner over Rabun County when they last played one another back in December of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Oglethorpe County Patriots received a blow on Friday as they fell 55-37 to the Rabun County Wildcats.

Oglethorpe County's loss was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 4-12. As for Rabun County, their record is now 10-7.

Oglethorpe County will take on Providence Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Rabun County, they will face off against Elbert County at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Elbert County will roll in looking for their 17th straight win, something Rabun County surely won't give up without a fight.
