Basketball Recap: Bartlett Extends Winning Streak to Seven

Bartlett strolled into their game on Saturday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They walked away with an 80-68 victory over Varsity Opponent. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 81-49 last Friday.

Bartlett's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Braylon Williams, who shot 75% from the field on his way to 25 points along with six assists and six boards. Thanks to that strong game, Williams now owns an excellent 49.2% field goal percentage. Another player making a difference was Dylan Jones, who went 7-for-9 en route to 20 points.

Bartlett's win bumped their record up to 6-0.

Bartlett will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Munford at 7:30 p.m. on the 16th. As for Varsity Opponent, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 49-46 defeat against Tupelo T on the 6th.
