Volleyball Recap: Revere's Victory on Saturday Extends Winning Streak to Four

Revere had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Saturday. Everything went their way against the Lutheran West Longhorns as they made off with a 3-0 win.

Revere was especially dominant in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-12, 25-20.

Leading Revere to victory were Grace Tarant and Maddie Milicia. Tarant had five digs and four aces, while Milicia had 12 digs and five assists. Those four aces gave Tarant a new career-high.

They weren't the only good servers: Revere was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 14 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least nine aces in seven consecutive matches.

Revere's victory bumped their record up to 15-4. As for Lutheran West, their loss dropped their record down to 10-10.

Revere has already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Highland on the 7th. As for Lutheran West, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Perry on the 7th.
