Basketball Recap: Leland Comes Up Short

Leland lost against Suttons Bay back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Leland Comets fell 60-52 to the Suttons Bay Norsemen. The Comets have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Leland now has a losing record at 1-2. As for Suttons Bay, their win ended a four-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 1-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Leland will head out to challenge Bear Lake at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Suttons Bay, they will venture away from home to take on Grand Traverse Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
