Softball Recap: Arroyo Dons vs. Castro Valley Trojans
Arroyo was the 4-0 winner over Castro Valley when they last played one another back in April, but their luck changed this time around. The Arroyo Dons fell just short of the Castro Valley Trojans by a score of 5-3 on Wednesday. That's two games in a row now that Arroyo has lost by exactly two runs.
Sadie Fernandez was huge while hitting and pitching even without the win. She didn't allow a single earned run while striking out nine over seven innings pitched.
