Basketball Recap: Colcord Comes Up Short

Colcord won a close one the last time they played, but unfortunately they suffered a serious change of fortune on Friday. They were dealt a 64-23 defeat at the hands of the Ketchum Warriors. The contest marked the Hornets' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Colcord's loss was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 4-1 and their overall record down to 5-8. As for Ketchum, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 8-4.

Colcord will face off against Afton at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Ketchum, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 52-38 defeat against Sequoyah on the 18th.
